Job duties

• Assist to strategize, plan, organize and execute all events according to the request of the clients
• Work with Events Manager to coordinate with clients on their budget, planning and requirement
• Prepare all event documentations, including proposal, quotation, event schedule, purchase order and payment statement
• Liaise with both internal and external parties, e.g. supporting departments, vendors and suppliers to ensure a smooth execution & in high quality
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Hotel, Catering Management or related studies
• Minimum 2 years solid event management experiences in F&B / Hospitality 
• Customer service & details-oriented and well organized
• Good command of spoken / written Chinese and English
• PC proficiency
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Event Executive 
• Work location : Central
