Job Duties:

• To provide a high quality of concierge services to guests, be proactive to handle their needs & enquiry
• Responsible for handling luggage & message for hotel guests
• Greet guests at hotel entrance & lobby areas, offer assistance at driveway

Requirements:

• Secondary educated or above
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
• 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Friendly with courteous manner
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
