We are searching on behalf of a major bank for IT Assistant Business Analysts / Business Analysts / Senior Business Analysts to work on Corporate Banking System Projects, including Corporate Internet Banking, Credit Workflow System, Risk Management System, Cash Management System, Business Intelligence Systems etc.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis and user requirement studies for various banking systems
• Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers
• Guide technical developers to provide a business solution
• Formulate Test Plans and conduct User Acceptance Test
• Prepare system documentation such as requirements specifications
• Manage IT project implementation and testing 

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies or Computer Science or related discipline
• Have 3 years working experience as Business Analyst
• Experience is in bank is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with strong Chinese report writing skill
• ** Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior BA
• ** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant BA
