We are searching on behalf of a Bank for a Project Manager to work on Mobile & Online Banking Projects for banks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a project team to design and develop the Technical Solutions on Mobile & Online Banking Projects
• Conduct Project Planning, Testing, Resource Allocation, and Cost Control
• Analyse the requirements and prepare Technical and Functional Specification
• Coordinate and communicate with users
• Identify potential risks to delivery, and prepare Contingency Plans
• Ensure to comply with Regulatory Compliance

Requirements:

• Degree or above Computer Science or related discipline
• 8 years+ working experience in Java or mobile development
• Experience in managing Large Scale Software Development Project is a must
• Agile or DevOps experience is an advantage
• Strong skills in Project, People and Vendors Management
• With or without banking/financial institution experience
• PMP Certification is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficient English, and Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
