Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer equipment and network service trouble shooting and maintenance
- Conduct configuration change for customer
- Update document and customer configuration
- Act as the 1st customer contact point / technical helpdesk agent
- Work closely with internal relevant parties for service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery
- Provide onsite support to customer
- Shift duty and emergency call out may be required
Requirement
- High Diploma or above Holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in PC / Network installation or maintenance support (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Has retail experience / familiarize with retail shop environment has advantage and preferable
- Has professional certification (holder of CCNA or equivalent has advantage)
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature, responsible and self-motivating attitude
- Good customer services and able to work under pressure
- Shift duty 0900 to 1800 / 1100 to 2000
