Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to drive manpower planning, recruitment, compliance and performance management for Hong Kong business operations
• Lead a team to implement talent acquisition activities
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
• Formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies and procedures
• Facilitate and support internal training
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level, preferable in Retail, F&B or Hospitality industry
• Independent & well-organized with good communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Candidate will more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Immediately available is preferable
