Assistant Production Manager ( Electronic ) Salary : 20-35K

Station : Fujian

Requirements: 

• At Least 5 years working in similar post
• Experience in IS-9001 accredited factory in China
• keen on electronic product production and operation in China factory
• Familiar to deal with China Government departments for factory affairs
• Good in spoken of Mandarin and good in written of Chinese
• Fair in spoken and written in English

Production Manager ( Garment ) Salary : 30-40K -Station Dongguan 

Requirement :

• Lead the daily production from paper pattern, cutting, sewing, ironing, packaging to finishing
•  Implement and monitor production planning, schedule and related arrangement to meet the company and customer requirement
• Focus on production quality, line balancing and out put
• Provide technical guidance and training to supervisors and workers
• Diploma in Textiles & Clothing/ Production/ Manufacturing Management or relevant discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in China garment manufacturing industry with at least 5 years’ experience at supervisory level in woven shirt and cut and sewn knit manufacturing

Factory General Manager (Garment -Station in Dongguan)

Job Description:

• Lead the factory daily operations in China
• Direct and oversee efforts in production planning, order & warehouse management, administration & HR support, maintenance & repair, IT system as well as quality assurance
• Monitor production plan, quality and on-time delivery
• Coordinating all function managers in planning and implementing quality programs that lead to continuous improvement in quality, cost and overall efficiency

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Textiles & Clothing/ Production/ Manufacturing Management or relevant discipline
• At least 20 years solid garment manufacturing with over 5 years management experience in supervisory level sizable garment manufacturing industry (woven and knit) in China
• Familiar with quality control and requirements of US and European export Market
• Hands on experience in woven shirt as well as cut and sewn knit product
• Thorough understanding of quality control and social compliance requirements
