Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts and month end closing
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly schedules including accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets register, bank reconciliations and intra-group transactions etc.
- Perform treasury functions such as handling fund transfers, settlement, loan and deposit transactions
- Assist in ERP system implementation
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Good command in MS Office applications
- Knowledge in accounting software and ERP. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX and ERP are advantage
- Good written and spoken English & Chinese
- Independent, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Accounts Clerk
