Responsibilities

• Maintain Routine accounting operations
• Prepare monthly / quarterly financial statements, reporting packs and related analysis
• Assist in month-end and preparing monthly reports
• Handle daily account receivable and account payable operations
• Assist Accountant to prepare Accounts analysis and report
• To support general clerical work and administrative to the team, including filling and data entry, etc…
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting/ Finance with LCCI Higher Certificate or equivalent at least 4 years of relevant experience, less experience will also be considered
• Good command of written and spoken English , Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel , Word and Chinese Word processing
• Knowledge in Peachtree is a definite advantage
• Independent, proactive, attention to details, deadline driven and able to work well under pressure
• Immediately available is preferable
