Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting processes and bookkeeping works.
• Handle full set of accounts, including payment, bank reconciliation, voucher, accounts receivable and payable, accounting schedule preparation, etc.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Accounting.
• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.
• Experience in FlexSystem is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good team player, and good communication skills.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
