Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions duties including monthly management accounts, full set of accounts, accounts payable (expenses reimbursement) and reconciliations
• Prepare SFC FRR reporting
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and review reporting duties - financial reporting, internal reports for holding company
• Assist in reviewing management reports
• Assist in analyzing and investigating variances
• Assist in system maintenance work

Requirements

• Diploma / Associate's Degree / Degree major in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of securities firm experience or relevant financial institutions
• Qualified Accountant of ACCA/HKICPA would be advantage
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong / China / A-share stock markets
• Good numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills a preference
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
