- Verify and process vendor invoices
- Responsible for daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and checks preparation
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with communications with customers and supplier.
- Maintain proper filing system
- General accounting works
- Verify payment and offset follow up
- Other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Min. 3 years working experience in a company with trading background
- Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative and fast learner
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good PC skill, proficient in Excel in a Must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available is preferred
