Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Director
• Provide professional secretarial and administrative duties
• Prepare business correspondence, letters and reports
• Arrange appointment and meeting schedule
• Handles private & confidential documents and correspondences
• Handle full set of accounts;
• Perform daily operations of accounts payable, payment and bank reconciliation etc.
• Prepare inter-company balances, month end closing;
• Prepare monthly management reports e.g. fee / manhour tracking and staff utilization
• Assist in daily accounting operations;

Requirements:

• LCCI level II or Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years’ accounting experience in which knowledge of financial industry is an advantage;
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) and hands on experience with SAP an advantage
• Good communication, mature, well-organized, self-motivated, multi-tasking and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in English is essential
• Immediate available is preferred
