Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for invoices checking, process payment at bank (both trade & non-trade) and its payment in Accounting System
• Manage the account receivable settlement in Accounting System
• In charge of master set up & fixed asses count
• Responsible for bank fund transfer, account entries and bank reconciliation
• Assist for month end closing, prepare BS breakdown & reports
• Assist in J-SOX compliance and ah-hoc projects assigned

Job Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Accounting function especially in Account Payable area for both trade & non-trade
• Prior experience gained from Japanese companies, MNC or sizable companies is an asset
• Good knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in SAP & Oracle is an advantage
• Good team player, enthusiastic to learn, can-do attitude and attentive to details
• Immediate available is preferred
