Responsibilities

• General office duties;
• Seminars and events management and coordination;
• Responsible for Accounts Payable & transactions entries;
• Prepare vouchers input, posting and arrange payments;
• Prepare month-end closing and generate financial reports;
• Other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• University graduate of any discipline (Diploma or above in Accounting is a plus);
• Min. 1-2 year relevant working experience; law firm working experience will be an advantage;
• Written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in MS office; knowledge in Quickbooks/MYOB is an advantage;
• Team-player, pleasant and able to work independently
