Job Description

 

  • Responsibilities: 

    • Provide all-rounded administrative and secretarial support
    • Prepare monthly payroll
    • Data entry,filing and basic accounting
    • Manage courier, mail orders and handle parcels
    • Assist on ad-hoc tasks
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and outlook

    Requirements: 

    • Higher diploma or above, 
    • Human Resource or Accounting Experience is a plus
    • 2 years or above relevant experience
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • With good organization and communication skills
    • Self discipline
