Reporting to the department head, you will be responsible for providing information for senior management to formulate service and marketing strategies of business through data collection and analysis, as well as a strategic planner to gear the product marketing team to business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting Key Clients with managers/ supervisor to collect information for improving financial services
• Develop new projects to enhance the financial services provided and assist the supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of business
• Work closely with financial consultants for business improvement by providing new business strategies
• Coordinate with different departments to derive the desired business process in enhancing operational and information efficiencies
• Identify and recommend the high profitable segments 
• Formulate management information reports, conduct business analysis, and support the data mining or strategic requirements
• Liaise with relevant departments to identify problems related to service supply, business planning and serivce management

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Mainland China Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua 
• Working experience in management is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Self-driven, independent and Quick learner
