Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibility

  • General administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Prepare various sample and commission invoices
  • Arrange with suppliers to handle shipment of samples
  • Handle business expense reports and claims and filing
  • Dealing with telephone inquiries
  • Make travel and meeting arrangements
  • Office supplies procurement
  • Support any other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • DSE or above
  • Strong interpersonal skill, effective organizational skill and attentive to details
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

We offer

  • 5-day work week
  • 13-month pay, MPF
  • Salary HK$13,000 / month
