• Accountancy degree or related disciplines with 8 years of relevant experience in same capacity
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiatives, able to work well in a fast pace environment
• Must be computer literate and a team player
• Must be meticulous, possess good organizational & interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, strong analytical and problems solving skills, attention to details.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Accounting & Administrative

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Handle and supervise the daily accounting, HR and admin functions.
• Ensure the company's financial governance and audit procedure are in place,
• Assist the GM in developing financial strategies aligned with the company’s business plans, support realization of long term growth objectives.
• Perform annual budget thru co-ordination with department managers, and monthly budgetary control thru data analysis and reports.
• Prepare management accounts and monthly reports for the Executive team
• Responsible for annual tax filing, coordination with audit firm.
• Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Any job tasks assigned by G.M.
