Our client is a leading electrical and mechanical engineering company. With 40 years of experience, they involved in a great amount of projects and provided professional building services in Hong Kong. They are seeking for an experienced Assistant Administration Manager who has solid Office Administration experience in sizeable companies and maturity to supervise their corporate admin team.

Responsibilities

You will supervise a 10-person Corporate Administration team, and be responsible to:

  • Supervise the team to provide overall administrative support to the office, including but limited to office supplies, printing, courier, receptionist and counter duties
  • Coordinate various renovation and relocation projects of head office and site offices
  • Manage procurement activities and maintenance of office equipment
  • Prepare monthly expenses and budgeting reports
  • Review and formulate operation related policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal users in conducting effective sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, contract formulation and vendors management

Skills & experiences required

To be successful in this role, you must be possess:

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 5 years administrative and supervisory experience within a sizeable company (Previous exposure in Construction/ Engineering companies would be advantageous )
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Good MS skill including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
