They are seeking for an experienced Assistant Administration Manager who has solid Office Administration experience in sizeable companies and maturity to supervise their corporate admin team.

Responsibilities
You will supervise a 10-person Corporate Administration team, and be responsible to:
- Supervise the team to provide overall administrative support to the office, including but limited to office supplies, printing, courier, receptionist and counter duties
- Coordinate various renovation and relocation projects of head office and site offices
- Manage procurement activities and maintenance of office equipment
- Prepare monthly expenses and budgeting reports
- Review and formulate operation related policies and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal users in conducting effective sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, contract formulation and vendors management
Skills & experiences required
To be successful in this role, you must be possess:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 5 years administrative and supervisory experience within a sizeable company (Previous exposure in Construction/ Engineering companies would be advantageous )
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Good MS skill including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
