Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above
- 3-4 years relevant working experience in legal industry
- Experience in administration, preferably with account knowledge
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Adaptable, detail-minded, cheerful and good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide support on legal administration and business meeting scheduling
- Responsible for preparing contracts & agreements and trademark registration
- Handle billing arrangement and maintain efficient electronic & hard coy files
- Assist in legal search, meeting material preparation and ad hoc duties
