Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HRA services to the group, include but not limit to, policies and procedures, staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and payroll
• Oversee the administrative operations and office support services
• Provide timely and consistent professional advice to the management in the areas of HRA
• Work closely with team heads and directors on HRA issues
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in all-rounded human resources & administrative functions  is preferred
• Less experience will be considered for Human Resources and Administration Officer
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment legislations
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Excellence in time management, able to work independently and under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
