Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide all rounded HR services including staff on-boarding and separation, benefits and remunerations, performance management and annual budget exercises
• Assist to formulate and implement HR best practices and initiatives so as to align with the Company’s business priorities
• Ensure compliance of Human Recourse operation with Company’s and ISO’s standards
• Handle grievances and disciplinary cases in accordance with Company’s policies, procedures and practices
• Support any ad hoc projects as required by the Company
  

Requirements: 

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in sizable company
• Well-versed knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Good command of both spoken/written Chinese & English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible with strong team
