Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or related disciplines
- 5-7 years relevant experience in secretarial and executive support
- Background gained from sizable and multinational organizations
- Experience in preparing reports and data analysis is highly preferred
- Trustworthy, pleasant, detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Proficient in communication of English and conversational Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of comprehensive and secretarial support to Director
- Responsible for preparing PowerPoint & meeting materials, minutes and agenda
- Provide support on travel arrangement, visa application and expenses reimbursement
- Schedule daily appointments and arrange conference with regional office & internal parties
- Prepare various reports and analysis on market data, sales and business information
