Responsibilities:

• Handling reception duties such as greeting visitors, telephone and courier services.
• To handle all incoming and outgoing mails and office correspondence.
• To arrange office stationary and sundry supplies
• Provide additional administrative support to other teams as required
• Ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration, Secretarial Training or related discipline preferred
• 2-4 years relevant experience, in engineering company will be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office software
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, presentable, punctual, multi-tasked, team player and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and expand horizons.
