Our client is a well-established e-commerce platform. Due to expansion, they are looking for a high caliber to join them as an e-Commerce Executive.

Accountabilities

• Monitor and maintain e-Commerce platform, carry out operational support, maintenance and backup service
• Responsible for content update of e-Commerce platform
• Report and handle incidents and take necessary action to resume services
• Prepare regular data analysis and report

Attributes

• Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 1 year’s e-Commerce system support experience 
• Proficiency in Linux base server administration and SQL (Oracle / MySQL)
• Knowledge in Magento and website / mobile application will be an advantage
• Highly motivated and proactive, able to work independently as well as within a team
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
