Responsibilities:

• Overview all the internal or marketing materials and ensure compliance strictly aligns with legal and regulatory requirements
• Advise Management, and other departments on industry / relevant practices and promoting compliance awareness in the Company and conducting compliance training if needed
• Liaise with internal or external professionals and other regulatory bodies when needed
• Perform ad hoc projects ana handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant compliance experience in legal and compliance matters
• Experience in the Field of Fx preferred
• Solid knowledge of regulatory policies and strong sense of compliance & risk control
• Well-versed with rules and regulations and operations related to financial industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Detail-oriented and Self- initiated
