Responsibilities:

• Follow up overdue accounts on consumer loan products
• Handle customer enquiries and execute routine dunning and debt collection actions for non-payment accounts via telephone
• Perform general clerical duties and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5/HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Credit Control or relevant fields
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
