Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer contact center to achieve service and sales KPIs
- Monitor daily floor operations to ensure it in compliance with relevant requirements
- Train and coach team members to provide high quality of customer service through phone and other touch points
- Plan and implement inbound / outbound service programs to maintain close members relationship
- Lead systems enhancement projects to maximize operations efficiency & productivity
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business / Finance / Economics or a related discipline
- Experience in customer service sector preferably in MPF and pension industry or contact center
- HKSI 1, 7, 8; IIQE 4 preferred
