Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer contact center to achieve service and sales KPIs
Monitor daily floor operations to ensure it in compliance with relevant requirements
Train and coach team members to provide high quality of customer service through phone and other touch points
Plan and implement inbound / outbound service programs to maintain close members relationship
Lead systems enhancement projects to maximize operations efficiency & productivity

Requirements

Degree holder in Business / Finance / Economics or a related discipline
Experience in customer service sector preferably in MPF and pension industry or contact center
HKSI 1, 7, 8; IIQE 4 preferred
