Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer contact center to achieve service and sales KPIs
  • Monitor daily floor operations to ensure it in compliance with relevant requirements
  • Train and coach team members to provide high quality of customer service through phone and other touch points
  • Plan and implement inbound / outbound service programs to maintain close members relationship
  • Lead systems enhancement projects to maximize operations efficiency & productivity
 
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business / Finance / Economics or a related discipline
  • Experience in customer service sector preferably in MPF and pension industry or contact center
  • HKSI 1, 7, 8; IIQE 4 preferred
