Responsibilities :

• Middle office scope
• Reconciliation of investable cash with custodian
• Cashflow forecasts for different portfolios
• Inputting holding  & price data including policy loans, agency loans, properties into investment system AIM
• Inputting back-solved price (Current Period Return x Last Price), back-solved quantity (Holding/Price) including policy loans, agency loans, properties into investment system PORT
• Inputting capital calls, capital returns, back-solved pricing (MV/(Calls-Returns)) for PE into AIM
• Inputting cumulative capital calls, cumulative capital returns and cumulative income for non-listed securities including PE into PORT
• Inputting transactions from external manager such as ICBC, BR into AIM
• Price change and stale price or exception analysis
• Reconciliation between AIM and Portia
• PAM implementation - data input and reconciliation to a new system, align PAM, AIM and PORT data structure for direct feed between the systems.
