Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of a project throughout the project lifecycle (framing, planning, implementation and commissioning). As a true conductor, he/she occupies a central place in the success of a project.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple project teams/ individuals;
  • Influence stakeholders and manage difficult, challenging situation and conflicts;
  • Define a detailed project plan; build tasks and dependencies with resource and duration at task level;
  • Be in charge of timing and budget;
  • Conduct project meetings;
  • Meeting documentation of agreement and next steps;
  • Run governance meeting and deliver executive program reporting;
  • Prepare investment plan.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering school, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines -PMP certification is a plus;
  • Experience in Banking and/or Insurance is appreciated;
  • 5+ years of PM experience;
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

 

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; influencing and negotiation skills (leadership);
  • Clear communication and writing skills;
  • Risk Management - identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks;
  • Stakeholder Management;
  • Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills;
  • Familiar with Microsoft tools;
  • Be comfortable with IT tools and are interesting in management of project through Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
