Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly group consolidation and group reporting packages
• Monitor finance control and operation, and treasury of subsidiaries
• Prepare and monitor budgets, CAPEX and forecasts
• Responsible for contract review process
• Prepare various financial and business analysis for senior management
• Responsible for annual/interim audit and liaise with external auditors
• Ensuring the compliance of internal control procedures and listing rules
• Assist in SAP implementation
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

 Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of experience, preferably with Big 4 background
• University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standard and Hong Kong Listing rules is preferred
• Experience working in audit and manufacturing industry is definitely an advantage
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• PC Proficiency in general MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, in both verbal and written communication
• Frequent travel to the PRC factories is required
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with higher qualification and experience will be considered for the post as “Senior Manager – Finance”
