Registered Landscape Architect

 Requirements

• Self-motivated individual that can manage multiple projects & handle various responsibilities;
• Motivated to contribute to new business and experienced with business development and Key Client Management
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• To excel in our culture and with our client base, candidates must be team oriented.
• A minimum of 10yrs Hong Kong project experience in both public and private sector is a must.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of senior position within major planning and landscape architectural firms.
• Registered LA or Professional Registration at the HKILA is a must
• Provide advice on design, planning and implementation of landscape work for local residential and commercial projects
• Experienced in managing and conducting LVIA’s, local Tree management tasks, Tree survey,
• Working knowledge of local codes, design stage requirements, and client expectations
• Must possess a reasonable knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
