Job Description:

1. Participate in the planning of the company's infrastructure investment projects and formulate plans, and be responsible for implementation;
2. To coordinate the new, reconstruction and expansion projects assigned by the company, to supervise the project planning and implementation, to ensure that all the projects meet the standards set by the company;
3. To be responsible for the construction project permit and acceptance, to ensure that the implementation of the project fully meets the PRC laws and regulations, the company can use it safely and legally.
4. Responsible for the safety of construction;
5. Responsible for supplier management and ensure the execution of contract requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Engineering related or architect major;
2. More than 10 years relevant working experience;
3. Familiar with specifications of architectural structure and equipment;
4. Strong experience in management of business contract and supplier.
