Department of Biology

The appointees are expected to participate in research projects on computational analysis of biological image data.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree either with a strong background in programming with Shell, PERL, Java, C++ or MATLAB; or in molecular and cellular biology. Experience in using Unix/Linux operating systems will be an advantage.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year commencing as soon as possible. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
