Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies on inbound tours business for both existing and potential clients in order to exceed its sales and revenue targets;
• Itinerary planning, price quotation , tour and transportation arrangement etc;
• Liaise with suppliers, venders as well as guests / clients and maintain good relationship with them;
• Collect and analyze customers’ needs so as to develop sales proposals cater for their needs;
• Database update and general clerical support;
• Collaborate with internal departments in providing quality products and services with competitive prices to customers effectively

Requirements:

• Post-secondary / Degree graduate, preferably in tourism;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and people management skills;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in tourism industry for the Senior position;
• Candidates of good caliber & more experience will be considered for the position of Supervisor
