Job Description

The Role

The General Manager is responsible for the management and running of the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets and drives the financial success of all operations. The role requires the General Manager to monitor stores on a daily basis and to address any issues that may present itself in relation to their effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The daily management of Store Managers and Supervisors to ensure all staff meet standards on presentation, punctuality and service.

To have a keen attention detail with an expectation of the highest standards from our operations.

The achievement of financial sales targets, stringent supplier selection and cost control.

The preparation of the annual business plan of each Brand / Store for review and approval with Directors.

The recruitment and the selection of high quality and high calibre staff to ensure the high levels of customer satisfaction with continued evaluation.

To develop, implement processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations.

To ensure all stores follow the correct opening and closing procedures in order to deliver to required standards of the company and its customers.

To review in conjunction with Store Managers staffing levels, plans and budgets

In conjunction with Store Managers and Kitchen Heads the development and continued update of F&B menus. POS systems, service procedures and standards of operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management ideal but not essential

Minimum 5 Years of F&B Operations with 5 years in a managerial position

Good understanding of financial and accounting systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems

Fluency in English.

Strong interpersonal skills, independent and able to lead from the front
