Job Duties:

• Responsible for all cakes & pastries production in the club
• Pastry planning and recipes development
• Ensure operations are efficient and in smooth conditions
• Maintain hygiene & tidiness on the environment & equipment
• Training & driving the team of producing quantity with quality
• Monitoring costs, stocking & dispensing in the kitchen
• Ensure quality are at club standards
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in hotels & clubs
• Strong ability on creating and developing new recipes
• Self-motivated, independent & well-organized
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
