Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and introduce training courses for clients in different sectors, including but not limited to Food and other sectors as assigned;
  • Undertake respective Business Standards system assessments in accordance with BSI Food and others Sector Portfolio;
  • Prepare assessment reports and make presentations to deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision, opportunity for improvements and corrective action;
  • Lead assessment teams ensuring team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service and effective client and team working relationships are maintained;
  • Maintain and develop assessment/tutor skills, qualification and technical knowledge;
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues when needed;
  • Deliver in-house training as well as to perform speech / seminar for public events;
  • Provide technical support to clients through business development and customer service staff;
  • Act as a brand ambassador, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and "Make Excellence a Habit".

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Food Science, Information Technology or Environmental Sciences;
  • Minimum 4 years' experience, with track record in working on food safety management and QHSE is preferred;
  • Qualified Food Safety Lead auditor and Food scheme Tutor qualifications will be an added advantage;
  • Certified or strong knowledge in various Food Sector business system including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP related program - GFSI schemes, Global Food Safety Initiative [FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF], ISO Standards [ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO20000];
  • Excellent customer focus with the ability to understand customers' needs and provide solutions;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and build client trust and partnerships;
  • Self-motivated, flexible, with excellent time management/planning skills;
  • Resilient under pressure, with pragmatic adaptability;
  • Good command on both English and Chinese
