Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage and supervise email marketing operations and campaign pre-requisites
• Maintain and observe email deliverability best practices                 
• Manage and handles mailing list extraction criteria and rules
• Manage systems, servers and workflows related to email marketing and email deliverability
• Support various marketing functions by automating or streamlining selected work processes using scripts or programs
• Manage onsite and email marketing content personalization initiatives
• Manage and oversee content protection initiatives

Requirements: 

• Knowledge and skills in coding/developing Responsive Templates for email marketing using HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge and skills in script development using Perl, Bash and/or any other similar programming/scripting languages
• Knowledge and skills in using and administration of Linux OS remotely via Secured Shell and Secured Copy
• Knowledge, skills and experience in one or more the following software, programming language and technology would be advantageous 
• Managing IP Addresses (version 4), Subnets and CIDR
• Illustrating SMTP Handshake success and failures
• Working with LAMP Stack and understanding HTTP/HTTPS headers, requests and responses
• Data management using SQL and/or CSV
• Identifying Web Spiders/Robots/Crawlers and Robots Exclusion Standard
• Performing WHOIS and DNS queries
• Developing API based on SOAP/WSDL

• Must have good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
• Must be well organized and be a team player with a detail-oriented personality
