Job Responsibilities:

• Handle IT service requests and ensure a good quality of deliverable to fulfill business needs;
• Gather business requirements from users. Prepare functional specifications, technical specifications and test plan;
• Develop, enhance and maintain application system effectively;
• Perform program coding, system testing and co-ordinate user acceptance testing and implementation;
• Ensure all service requests implemented are supported with test results, sign off, technical documentation and adhered to IT Standards/ Guidelines and change management control;
• Recognize and promptly advise business users and superior of problems and recommended innovative solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least 3 years working experience in Client Server, Internet application development and maintenance;
• Proficient in programming tools such as using IIS, MS SQL Server, Crystal Report, ASP.Net, VB.net, C#.net, HTML5, Java Script, JQuery, Ajax, C#, LINQ, Responsive Web Design, MVC model etc.;
• Good understanding of IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Experience in insurance business is preferred.
