Responsibilities:

• Perform the management of IT infrastructure services, e.g. email server, Windows/Linux/Unix servers, VM virtualization environment and Active Directory;
• Perform the administration of server hardware, storage devices and data centers to maintain an efficient and secure computing platform, so as to meet daily operational needs of the business;
• Manage network security systems, including installing, configuring and monitoring firewalls, IPS and IDS, etc.;
• Execute infrastructure projects such as system deployment, revamp, relocation, changes’ optimization, etc.;
• Manage the e-mail and mass e-mail systems, and the anti-spam system;
• Manage infrastructure outages and incidents;
• Document the daily IT operation and maintenance tasks;
• Carry out Disaster Recovery plans and drills;
• Other work assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline;
• Holders of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or other Microsoft certified qualifications are preferred;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a system administrator’s position, in an investment bank or in the banking industry;
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows， Linux or Unix server administration;
• Familiar with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory etc.;
• Experienced with the engineering of data centers, such as electricity and UPS, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, temperature and humidity control, backup solutions etc.;
• Proficient in the management of a virtualized environment;
• Familiar with storage solutions including SAN, NAS etc.;
• Knowledge of server management software such as Microsoft SCCM, HP ITSM, IBM Tivoli, Chef, Puppet is preferred;
• Communicate with internal and external parties effectively;
• Good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
