Job Description

• Reporting to MIS Manager
• Monitor and maintain high availability of application services
• Ensure IT infrastructure security, reliability and availability
• Cloud systems and network analysis, testing, planning, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, trouble-shooting and documentation
• Manage and monitor cloud systems 
• Perform prompt remedy actions, track and update progress from various parties to ensure problems been solved with minimum service impact
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users
• Liaise with external consultants and IT vendors
• Overseas travelling required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Engineering or related discipline
• 2 years or above hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure (Alibaba/Amazon/Azure)
• Knowledge in Virtualization technologies (VMware/KVM)
• Knowledge in Database technologies (MySQL, nosql and Microsoft SQL Server).
• Knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, switch & router configuration, load balancer and firewall configuration)
• Experience in dealing with local and overseas service providers
• Programming/scripting experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Linux based system (RedHat, Fedora, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) and Window Server
• Willing to discover the latest technologies and techniques in cloud services development
• Creative, flexible and self-initiative
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
