1. IT Support Engineer

• Provide deskside support on PC and software applications for users

• Provide PC hardware and software maintenance services

• Provide networking and server backup support

• Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records

• Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing

• DSE or above

1 year or above IT support experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office and Outlook

• Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users support

• Experience in supporting Windows Server 2003 /2008/ 2012 & Linux platform is preferred

• Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working

• MCP or MCSE holder will be an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediately available is preferred

2. Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Stay current with new technologies and leverage industry best practices to review, assess, design, test, approve, implement and support new and existing technical solutions and systems
• Provide expertise on either assigned technology domain or assigned assets (to include interrelationships with other systems, applications and technology)
• Work with the business and across technology to analyze business requirements then manage the design or redesign of systems.
• Advise on viability and feasibility of alternative approaches
• Assigned to complete technical tasks including Pre-sales, Project implementation and Post-sales activities

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1-year relevant working experience
• Has sound knowledge in Windows, *nix, Virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V), Container (e.g. Docker) and basic networking.
• Experience with ITSM or BI solution is an advantage (e.g. BMC Remedy ITSM)
• Hands-on experience in programming language or script (e.g. HTML, PHP, Python, JSON or Web Services) will be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in documentation and presentation skills
