We are looking for an IT Engineer for the current expansion of the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical inquiries and provide tier 2 & 3 solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to desktop, domain, server and network
• Incident diagnosis and resolution
• Responsible for supporting end user software such as, Microsoft / Mac OS, MS office, Video Conferencing (Skype, Hangouts and Polycom) etc
• Assist and train users to improve the user experience with various IT products
• Provide regional infrastructure support when necessary 
• Participate in various relocation and migration projects 
• Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
• Report preparation and updates as requested.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Candidate with prior experience in IT support will be of top priority
• Good knowledge on Windows desktop operating systems and servers
• Good knowledge on computer hardware and networking
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good command of verbal English and Cantonese
