Our client is a financial firm focuses on providing professional forex trading for recognised counterparties and institutional investors. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Provide daily IT technical support and maintenance to internal user;
• Perform hardware & software installation, configuration and maintenance on Desktops, Notebooks and Mac computers;
• Troubleshooting on computers, email, phone system, server and network etc;
• Assisting team administration work e.g. documentations, IT equipment stock keeping and billing issues;
• Perform data backup;
• Maintenance of security system;
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 

• Higher Diploma or above, major in Computer studies, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 1 – 2 year relevant working experience in IT field would be an advantage;
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills;
• Responsible, self-motivated and ability to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin;
• On-the-job training is provided; 
• Fresh Graduates with IT background will be considered.
