Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform trouble shooting, resolution to application problem
- Assist in frontline diagnostic of problem
- Handle software installation
Requirements:
- IT certificate is not compulsory
- 2-3 years desktop support working experience
- Good knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Win10, Printer, basic AD
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Immediately Available
Working Location:
- Duration: 42.5-44 hours per week
- Working pattern 1: Mon-Fri 08:30 - 18:00
- Working pattern 2: Mon-Fri (4 out of 5 days, 1 day off) 09:00 - 18:00 and either Sat or Sun (08:30-20:30)
- Working pattern 3: Mon-Fri 11:00 – 20:30
- The candidate may require to work at pattern 2 & 3 once per month with 3-4 support colleagues
