Responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership to influence IT teams across the Region in the design and delivery of IT solutions and operations in line
• Ensure that the project schedules are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
• Keep abreast of all technologies which have a potential application in High Fashion Group
• Lead the evaluation and R&D of innovative applications to derive competitive advantage
• Manage pilot projects to determine the feasibility and impact on High Fashion Group businesses and make appropriate recommendations
• Resources allocation and cost control
• Design and develop strategical and analytically reports by reporting or BI tools

Requirements: 

• Strategic approach to developing Group wide process, application and data architectures that span across business units and extend to external suppliers, customers and business partners
• Relationships with key external IT vendors and maintaining knowledge of product roadmaps and architecture trends
• Innovative, creative and entrepreneurial
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in garment manufacturing is preferable 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Occasionally travel is required
