Key Responsibilities:

• Look after the core network infrastructure
• Responsible for console management, remote monitoring and support of the IT infrastructure - LAN/WAN, WiFi, MetroNet, site-to-site VPN and MPLS connectivity 
• Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
• Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area enviroments
• Responsible for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, escalation and cases follow up
• Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
  
• Ensure capacity of IT resources including CPU, Memory, Storage, SAN and network bandwidth is sufficient
• Respond to business change requests to prepare IT resource

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ working experience, with knowledge on IP network (TCP/HTTP/UDP, Router protocol) & some of the below: VLAN, IP assignment, Radius, Fibre, WLAN, DSL, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewall, proxy, load balancer
• CCNA or CCNP Certified / MSCE or MCITP
• Proficient in CISCO Routers, Switches and Firewall
• Track record on network troubleshooting and network testing
• Able to communicate in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Willing to travel and work on holidays occasionally
