Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support windows server, office software, email, telephone systems and system hardware upgrades
• Deal with contractors/ vendors on technical matters
• Manage & configure Network equipments such as Fortigate / Juniper Firewall, Backup Exec etc
• Provide End-users support for computer hardware & software applications
• Support experience in Windows server, Linux and Networking
• Preform regular system check and backup operation
• Provide on-site/ remote trouble shooting for technical related problems
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Secondary graduate, Diploma holder or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• At least 1 year related experience, knowledge of IT security, computer system and network
• Strong analytical skill & problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese including Putonghua
• Qualified MCSE will be an advantage
• Communicate with Company IT department on interface modification
• Immediate available is highly preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
